TeleMagic
NetClient is TeleMagic's new Internet/Intranet architecture. With
the accelerated use of the Internet, Small to Mid-sized Enterprise
businesses (SME) are finding themselves requiring the use of customer
relationship management software to provide the level of service that
their customers demand. Using the latest remote data access technology,
TeleMagic NetClient reads and displays the database structure and
data from TeleMagic Enterprise. This means that the original installation
of TeleMagic Enterprise can reside in Dallas and be directly accessed
by TeleMagic NetClient users in New York, London, Sydney, or anywhere
in the world.
TeleMagic
NetClient is dynamic, with the capacity to impact data in real time,
even through the Internet . TeleMagic NetClient is a stand-alone application
that uses multi-tier technology to access data. The customization
features, for which TeleMagic Enterprise is known, are brought seamlessly
into TeleMagic NetClient. TeleMagic NetClient supports TeleMagic's
three level database structure, as well as the ability to have multiple
data views, with up to 99 pages in each view. All of the screen design,
fields, levels, pages, indexes, and filters are fully supported. In
addition, TeleMagic's extensive security is respected. TeleMagic NetClient
comes complete with an integrated calendar that accesses your TeleMagic
Activities and To-Do List. The calendar offers variable configuration
options with an easy access "Favorites" list of the most
frequently used layouts. Users can share activities remotely, so everyone
has instant access to important events. Record links are supported
in TeleMagic NetClient, so the calendar is backed by the full power
of the TeleMagic database.
