CLEANSING AND UPDATE Lost Customers Tracing of ‘lost’ customers, updating and adding customer data. The processes we follow have a number of steps. We work from least cost process through to higher cost options in accordance with your cost/benefit cut off points. These are flexible according to specific project needs. We have a comprehensive test package which allows the return on each process to be measured and strategy formulated accordingly. Different processes are tested to determine the cost effectiveness of each. The process can stop at any point, there is no obligation to follow the full process. Full-scale manual tracing is also available for those customers that cannot be updated through other processes. Only successful manual traces are billed.
